Cut and Paste Beginning Sound Sorting Fun Activities

User Instructions:
- Provide each student with a copy of the worksheet.
- Instruct the students to start by coloring all the pictures on the worksheet.
- After coloring, guide them to carefully cut out each of the pictures along the dotted lines.
- Once the pictures are cut out, introduce the target sound you want them to focus on (e.g., the “b” sound).
- Ask students to look at the pictures they cut out and identify the ones that begin with the target sound (e.g., pictures of a “ball” or “banana” for the “b” sound).
- Instruct students to glue four pictures that start with the target sound in the “Sound” column.
- Similarly, have them glue four pictures that do not start with the target sound in the “Not Sound” column (e.g., pictures of objects that do not start with “b”).
- Review their completed worksheets to ensure they correctly sorted the pictures. Provide positive feedback to support their learning progress.
